Resources and services we recommend to our puppy families.
Furever Friends is a small, family-run program in Honey Brook, Pennsylvania. We raise Yorkshire Terrier and Biewer Terrier puppies with daily handling and attention, and we keep to one or two litters at a time so every puppy gets real attention before going home.
Because we stay small, most of our puppies are reserved before they are born. If nothing is listed above right now, that is normal, and the waitlist is the way in. There is no cost to join it, and we will tell you honestly where you stand rather than leaving you guessing.
Every puppy leaves us with the same package, whichever breed you choose:
A $600 deposit reserves a puppy and moves you up the priority waitlist. It is fully refundable within 48 hours, and you can also transfer it to a different puppy or to an upcoming litter if your plans change. Each puppy's price is shown on that puppy's own page.
Our puppies go home once they have reached 10 weeks old. By then they have been through Early Neurological Stimulation, daily socialization, and the beginnings of crate, potty and leash training. That extra time with us is deliberate — it is the difference between a puppy who copes with a new home and one who struggles.
Yorkshire Terriers are small companions with a large personality — most adults weigh up to 7 pounds, shed very little, and live 11 to 15 years. Biewer Terriers are a rarer tri-colour cousin, typically 4 to 8 pounds, also low-shedding, with a lifespan of 12 to 16 years and a famously affectionate temperament. Our parent dogs come from Champion and Grand Champion pedigrees in the USA and Europe, and are genetically tested before breeding.
Read more about each breed on our Yorkshire Terrier and Biewer Terrier pages, or see how the adoption process works from first message to going-home day.
We welcome visits by appointment once we have had a chance to connect. For families further away, we can talk through delivery or a mid-way meetup, along with any additional cost for your location. Call or text 484-799-7988, or email adoptions@yorkiesandterriers.com.
